A) Where and what you posted (email us: HeARTfullBoxesORG@gmx.com &provide links)
B) What you did (email us: HeARTfullBoxesORG@gmx.com   copy of your spreadsheet of hours (see link 3) and proof: photos, sign off, feedback: hours saved, money saved, # children helped, etc.). Once approved, you'll receive an emailed certificate for you to print. 
          - 25 hours: bronze level certificate 
          - 50 hours: silver level certificate 
          - 75 hours: gold level certificate
          - 100 hours: platinum level certificate
*Have your efforts recognized! Email us: HeARTfullBoxesORG@gmx.com details and proof with photos, spreadsheet details (see link 3) and proof of success provide "C" below follow-up info.
C) Follow-up from the centers/admin teams of value you provided to their program (maybe saving the directors time, maybe it's a cost savings, maybe they talked about the joy or the new interest of a child or group of children), some kind of "proof of success". A statement from a director or email about a conversation with a staff member to us is fine for "proof", we want to hear how this is working. ***Please note this "proof" is required in order to receive a certificate. Some examples of "proof" will be posted to our site, no last names will be used. Please specify if people in photos did or did not give permission to post on our site. 
D) Organizations seeking more ART/craft/STEM kits, please email us: HeARTfullBoxesORG@gmx.com their web link to post on our site for additional students/scouts/people to reach out and help.
